Pup Birthing form, once you have filled out the conception form and gotten approved, and the appropriate amount of time has passed, it is the appropriate season, you must fill out this form, and post it below. This form is not based on acception. Just lets me know what pups are born, when, where, and how many you are going to role-play out.
